Welcome to HOPE!

Help HOPE grow in 2022: Covid-19 has brought us many challenges and as you might expect, our income has fallen significantly over the past two years. Right now, HOPE and our trainees need your support more than ever. As well as our day-to-day running costs, we urgently need more money to help us get proper toilets at the garden and a new tea shed for trainees. You can help us get ready for whatever 2022 brings by donating through our Just Giving page.

Fancy volunteering? We need people to help with a variety of jobs at HOPE — in our shop, the garden, on our stalls at the Arbroath Farmers’ Market and other social and fund raising activities.

Find out more about our forthcoming volunteer day and Plant sale on Saturday 28th May 2022.

We welcome people from all walks of life who can help with the many different activities involved in running HOPE. We organise a number of support meetings throughout the year where volunteers have a chance to meet, exchange ideas and suggestions and take part in training opportunities ranging from IT to horticulture and gardening tips. Volunteers are warmly invited to attend social events.

We are continually reviewing how we can best work together safely but, of course, some of our activities may be restricted by government guidelines.
